I tug on this thing way harder than I should and it hasn't frayed once, which says a lot since it's actual fire hose material. My shepherd gets amped the second I pull it out of the toy bin, and it's held up through daily rounds of fetch and tug for a couple months now.

Our yard is a mix of gravel and mud, so I needed a toy that wouldn't turn into a soggy mess—this fire hose material handles it perfectly. Even after a full week of daily tug sessions, the edges haven't frayed at all, and my pup still gets just as excited when I pull it out.

My dog goes through toys in days, but this one has survived three weeks of daily tug-of-war and still looks barely used. It's perfect for tossing around in the yard or the park, and knowing it's actually made from repurposed fire hose makes me feel good about the purchase.
